Teen Dining Etiquette

"People decide their habits, their habits decide their future."

This is a confidence building program promoting dining skills and social etiquette for the middle school and high school students.  People that know how to handle social situations with poise have a certain advantage. The teenage years are a perfect time to develop these much needed skills!  

This program includes:

Social Etiquette -
Accepting and Declining Invitations, Host & Guest duties at a Party, Receiving Line basics, Gifts and Thank You notes

Confident Dining -
Silverware Savvy, Napkin Etiquette, Place Settings, How to eat various courses, How to eat Difficult Foods, Styles of Eating (American and Continental), How to use a Finger Bowl

Table Savvy -
Taking your Seat, Posture, Saying Grace, Toasting, When to Start Eating, Table Conversation and Excusing Yourself

Dining Out -
The Menu and Ordering, Talking to the Server, Buffet Meals, Fast-food Restaurants

Each Participant will receive a workbook for note taking and future reference.

A dining tutorial is included with this program.

Parents are invited to attend the tutorial meal at an additional cost.
